What Came First The Chicken Or The Egg?!

Good Day Family!!

I am a student at Legacy Academy of Kingdom Living, through our church Legacy. In our last class we broke up into groups and were ask to answer this question: What are the authentic genetics and environment of humanity? So it is with permission from the group I was in, our director, and teacher I am sharing this post. This was a team effort with revelation!!

I am going to start in Ephesian 1:4 TPT, " And he chose us to be his very own, joining us to himself even before he laid the foundation of the universe! Because of his great love, he ordained us, so that we would be seen as holy in his eyes with an unstained innocence." And also 1 Peter 1:20 NKJV, " He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you.."

As our group started sharing and talking about genetics we asked these questions; What are our genetics and what time frame are we looking at; our genetics now, when Christ died and rose, from Adam and Eve, or back to the foundation from when it all started? Which is founded in Christ(Word)! God spoke everything into existence: John 1:1-5 NKJV, " In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. " We do not have to chose Jesus we just have to believe Jesus chose us before the foundations of the world. John 3:16 TPT, " ...So now everyone who believes in him will never perish but experience everlasting life. " Everything is found in belief, whether it be faith or fear. He already chose you!!

So you are chosen by Him, founded in Him, and spoken into existence from Him. Jesus is living Word!!

Now let's jump over to Galatians 3:16 NKJV, " Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, "And to seeds," as of many, but as of one, "And to your Seed," who is Christ. " So Jesus is the Seed(Romans 1:3 & 2 Timothy 2:8), He is the Word. Jesus roots are strong which in turn supports the growth of the Vine and branches. Romans 11:16 NKJV, " For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root is holy, so are the branches. " When a branch is drooping or falling short the Vine Dresser comes and tends to it, John 15:1-2 TPT, " I am a true sprouting vine, and the farmer who tends the vine is my Father. He cares for the branches connected to me by lifting and propping up the fruitless branches and pruning every fruitful branch to greater harvest. " Once you believe in Christ you are grafted into Him even if you make a mistake you are not throw away from Him, instead you are tended to, encouraged to grow stronger.

Everything starts from a seed and our genetic Seed is the Word, Christ!

Once we are graphed in Christ we are able to rule and reign in the Kingdom, as we were original created to. Let us turn to Genesis 1:26-31 TPT, " Then God said, "Lets us make a man and a women in our image to be like us. Let them reign over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the livestock, over the creatures that creep along the ground, and over the wild animal." " Now I want to pause a moment and point no where in this does God put man to reign over other men. We are to work together Jesus is the Head(Vine) we are the body(branches). Now let's continue; " So God created man and woman and shaped them with his image inside them. In his own beautiful image, he created his masterpiece. Yes, male and female he created them. And God blessed them in his love! saying, "Reproduce and be fruitful! Populate the earth and it! Reign over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and every creature that lives on earth." And God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant growing throughout the earth, vegetables, and every fruit-bearing tree with its seed within itself. They will be your food. They will also be food for every animal and bird, and every creature that moves on the ground - every creature with the breath of life. And so it happened. God surveyed all he had made and said, " I love it!" For it pleased him greatly. Evening gave way to morning - day six. " So above I highlighted and underlined "shaped them with his image inside them." God not only spoke them into existence but shaped them with His image inside them. This was a powerful verse for me because it says we were made by Him and He place Himself(Spirit) in us.

Now this brings us to my title, "what came first the chicken or the egg?," or we can ask what came first your genetics or environment? I mentioned above that everything starts from a Seed, we started as a seed in Christ before the foundations of the earth, then an environment was created for us to reign. The environment had to be made before man because if man were made first he would not had been able to thrive and live. Everything to sustain man the food, the animals, etc. were created then man place in the environment to reign and reproduce. In closing our genetics are God's genetics that He spoke from Word, shaped and place Himself in, then He spoke our environment into existence for us to subdue, reign over, and make look like Heaven!
