Who God Say's I Am!!

Good afternoon!

This morning a friend of mine shared a YouTube video of affirmations and it inspired me to to make my own. So with some research and Bible referencing I have come up with 38 so far backed by Scripture. In the book I have been reading, "Switch on Your Brian," it says, "Research has shown that five to sixteen minutes a day of focused, meditative capturing of thoughts shifts frontal brain states that are more likely to engage with the world. Research also showed that those same five to sixteen minutes of intense, deep thinking activity increased chances of a happier outlook on life."

In Philippians 4:8-9 gives us instruction on what to mediate, this is why I chose to write up my own affirmations that align with God's word. Please feel free to use these or make your own. I am going to do my best to say these over myself for the next 21 days!

1. I am His special treasure- Exodus 19:5

3. I am strong- Psalm 18:32, 2 Corinthians 12:10

5. I am fearfully and wonderfully made- Psalms 139:14

6. I am redeemed and I am His- Isaiah 43:1, Galatians 3:13, Ephesians 1:7

7. I am precious- Isaiah 43:4

8. I am healed- Isaiah 53:5

9. I am known, sanctified, and ordained a prophet to the nations by God- Jeremiah 1:5, 1 Corinthians 1:2, Hebrews 10:10
